Days 1 - 2: Whole Food

Whole foods - Whole foods are simply whole, unprocessed foods that exist as close to their natural state as possible.

Days 3 - 7: Live Food

Live food - Live foods are fruit, veggies and sprouts that have not been heated above 115 degrees, so the enzymes are still in tact. 

Days 8 - 9: Liquids

Liquids - Fresh fruit and veggie juice, coconut water, broths, herbal tea, and water!

Day 10: Water

Days 11 - 14: Liquids

Liquids - Fresh fruit and veggie juice, coconut water, broths, herbal tea, and water!

Days 15- 19: Live Food

Live foods - Back to live food to get the digestive system back up to speed.

Days 20: Whole Food

Whole Foods - Transition to a healthier diet from this point on.
